Liquidation Auction Platform Development on AuctionWorx

Liquidation auction platform development on AuctionWorx follows the flow of stock: how pallets come in, how they are listed and how buyers collect them.

Enterprise edition for continuous liquidation

Systenics’ edition comparison says overstock, return and surplus liquidators moving large volumes of diverse merchandise continuously lean toward Enterprise. Each listing is its own auction with its own closing time, so new pallets can go live as they are processed. If you also run scheduled, cataloged sales, the Events edition covers those.

Intake: barcode scanning and UPC data fetch

The barcode app scans a product barcode and auto-populates the listing from Amazon and Home Depot data, including images. It runs on Android and iOS, for sellers and employees. Systenics claims 80%+ faster listing creation on the barcode listing creation page.

The customization guide adds that intake teams can also scan vehicle VINs, using ChromeData.

Bulk listing with Excel and AI descriptions

For inventory already in a spreadsheet, the Excel listing plug-in creates listings in bulk and imports the images. It runs on Windows and Mac with Office 2019 or 365. Systenics says clients report 75% time savings against the CSV import.

The AI description tool writes text from the listing photos. Systenics’ AI lotting article says OpenAI is embedded in the listing manager and the mobile apps.

Pricing formats: Dutch and tiered quantity

The Dutch auction configuration lowers the price on a schedule. You choose a Fixed Amount, Percentage or Variable drop, set a floor price and an interval, and define a date range, time windows and Daily or Weekly recurrence. The price freezes when a buyer purchases.

Volume Buy tier pricing suits lots of identical units. The seller ticks Enable Volume Buy at listing time, sets minimum and maximum quantities for each tier, and assigns a discounted unit price.

Post-sale: warehouse, QR labels, pickup appointments

The warehouse management integration covers warehouses and racks, employee roles, QR labels, calendar appointment booking, pick and pack, and PIN-verified delivery.

Systenics’ warehouse article makes two points about liquidation stock. Auction warehouses hold one-off lots, so use unique lot numbers instead of SKUs. And pickups bunch up: it says 80% of buyers choose local pickup, squeezed into tight 48-hour windows. It lays out a location hierarchy of Warehouse, Zone, Aisle, Rack, Shelf and Bin, where scanning the shelf QR code binds a lot to its location.

How a liquidation project runs

Systenics works in four steps. A free discovery call gives a ballpark estimate. Requirements and UI/UX mockups tighten it. The build is delivered in milestones and deployed to your AuctionWorx installation, with support through later updates.

Integrations: CRM, coupons, carriers, payments

Systenics’ overstock solution lists CRM integration with HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics 365 or a custom ERP, discount coupons, a referral system, reverse logistics and mobile apps. The customization guide lists FedEx, UPS and DHL label generation, a WHMSPro sync, and Stripe and Authorize.Net payments. See our integrations service for how that work is done.
